Talk to an advisor

One email address, read by a human. Plan questions, platform questions, pricing, the SMU pathway: it all lands in the same inbox, and it gets a straight answer.

Write what is actually going on: your window, your hours, the section that hurts. We read every message, and email keeps the details in writing where they belong.

Email an advisor

Not sure what to ask yet? The 10-minute diagnostic on the homepage hands you a projected score and a section split, which usually turns a vague worry into a specific question.

Common questions

Who reads my email?

An advisor, a person whose job is helping you decide how to prep, not a ticket queue with a script. Include your timeline and your situation and you will get a real answer.

Can I call or text instead?

We run on email by design: no phone numbers to hand out, no text campaigns, and nothing to unsubscribe from later. One address, one inbox, in writing where details survive.

What should I include?

Whatever is true: your test date or target window, roughly how many hours a week you have, which sections worry you, and what you have tried so far. Two honest paragraphs beat a perfect one-liner.

I asked about the SMU pathway. Is that the same inbox?

Yes. Advisors handle pathway and scholarship-review questions too, and they will tell you plainly what the partner program is and is not, the same register as the rest of this site.
